Investiture Ceremony (2012-2013)
Investiture Ceremony of the new team of Interact Club for the session 2012-2013 was held on 4 October,2012. President, Secretary and members of Rotary Club Jalandhar South 3070 were invited for the ceremony.Two resource persons Mr.Ranjan Pathak, the upcoming director of Akaash Institute and Mr.R.C. Mahendru,former vice principal of DAV Institute were also invited.all of them were welcomed with bouquets and flowers.Principal and vice-principal of the school also attended the ceremony.Annual Report of the Club for the session 2011-2012 was presented by the Joint Secretary of the club(2011-2012).President of the Rotary Club Mrs.Jaswinder Kaur & Secretary Mrs.Asha Thakur decorated the new team with badges and wished them all the very best.Non medical and medical sections were also called to attend the ceremony and the discussion session by the resource persons.Mr.Ranjan Pathak informed the students and introduced them to the new pattern of competitive exams. Mr.R.C. Mahendru shared his teaching experience and his knowledge with the students.In the end they were thanked by the Principal Mrs.Satwant Gakhal and the ceremony ended successfully.
